The Alchemy of Remembrance
The entire journey, from the moment we receive your sample, takes approximately 55–65 days (about 2 months) .
[01] 1–3 days
Hair Collection
The amount of hair required depends on the desired diamond size. You may send your sample via SF Express (cash on delivery) or drop it off in person at our Causeway Bay office. Once we receive and confirm the required amount of hair, we will instruct our laboratory to proceed to the next stage.

Carbon Extraction
The preserved hair undergoes staged thermal treatment to extract and purify the cultivable carbon. This step ensures carbon stability, preparing it for subsequent crystal growth.
Organic Collection — Beginning the transformation with a small lock of hair or organic fragment.
[03] 15–23 days
Patent Crystal Growth (CVD)
The purified carbon is welcomed into our partner R&D laboratory, where it enters an advanced Microwave Plasma CVD system powered by their CNIPA-patented technology (Patent No. ZL2024113104623). Utilizing millisecond-level closed-loop temperature and pressure compensation, the environment is kept flawlessly stable throughout the process. The initial growth phase takes approximately 15 days. If a gemstone requires further refinement, an additional 8-day optimized growth cycle is performed to achieve absolute perfection.
[04] 7 days
Crystal Verification & Quality Inspection
Once the crystal is harvested, it undergoes structural and quality inspection. This phase confirms the growth outcome and ensures it meets stability and standard requirements.
[05] 5 days
Cutting & Polishing
After verification, the crystal proceeds to cutting and polishing to achieve the proper proportions and brilliance.
Artisanal Refinement — Our master cutters shape the raw stone, uncovering brilliance within every uniquely crafted heirloom.
[06] 25 days
IGI Certification & Setting
After polishing, the diamond is sent to IGI for grading. The certification process takes approximately 10 days. Once the certificate is complete, the diamond enters the custom setting phase, which takes about 15 days.
